Following small habits consistently has the potential to train your mind to be disciplined in life.

You can follow these small habits to make a start in your journey:

1. Making your bed after waking up. It looks so small. Small things can create something big :)

2. Read atleast 15 mins everyday. Any book, article or blog. Everyday.

3. Write. Anything. Your thoughts, feelings, ideas or anything that you want. Writing helps you to express yourself in an organised way. You can maintain a daily journal.

4. Spend time in nature. Don't live the entire day in your screens. Go out, walk, play with dogs, spend some good time in open air.

These habits are very powerful.
